This Summer’s Shanghai adventure is quickly coming to an end for Adam Brooks Dudding. After successfully launching the debut studio record for The SHANGHAI NEWGRASS PROJECT, the band he co-founded with Tom Pang (Mandolin virtuoso and powerhouse performer from Hohhot, Inner Mongloia) accompanied by several CD Release Concerts and Parties, Dudding will spend his last week in Shanghai making final appearances and performing his songs for the last time (at least for a while) at some of his favorite venues. His departure will be bitter-sweet indeed, especially with an upcoming USA Fall Tour already booked with Charles Butler (Progressive Nashville banjo and dobro player and Shanghai Newgrass Project band member). However plans are being made for a concert series with Tom Pang, Shun Hu, Hanneke Cassel and Charles Butler in the good ol’ USA in 2014.
